FS - Classic Frames & Components(Campag,Brookes,Shimano)

I haven't been on RB for a while, and recent domestic issues have caused a revision of my bicycle needs and wants.

Hence for sale - Frames:

Soens (Liverpool) 22.5" 1947 fillet brazed frameset super rare. Original invoice and new transfers + rare alloy headclip supplied - £145

Hobbs of Barbican (London) 21.5" 1949,fillet brazed rare frameset 1949, super rare brass and enamel headbadge and original Nicklin chainset + super rare original alloy seat tube collar supplied - top tube dent (easily & cheaply fixed) hence - £125 (badge alone worth £++).

Allin Stan Butler Special (Surrey) 22.25" 1980. Well known previous owner, one of the last real Allins built by Peter Cobb, complete with Stronglight headset - £150(touring geometry).

All three frames (all 531 throughout, no maintubes only nonsense) were purchased from the original owners for my collection - pm me for more info on the frames.

Components:

Campagnolo Nuovo Tipo hubs(32h/40h solid, high flange), like new, built up into wheels but never ridden. Hubs only, Superb - £85.

Campagnolo Record(early 32h low flange)rear hub, exc (inc correct skewer) - £30.

Gipiemme Cronosprint chainset(Campag quality-rare)52/42, exc - £65.

Stronglight chainset(mod 99), 52/42, exc - £40.

SR Hubs (36h/36h low flange QR) NoS, never built up, need regrease - £25.

Lyotard pedals NoS - £20 SOLD STP

Brookes B17 saddle (oval badge), superb - £65.

San Marco Linea saddle, little use - £15.

Shimano 105 Golden Arrow braze on gear levers(inc fittings) as new - £20.

Shimano 105 Golden Arrow brakeset as new, but hoods only above average - £45.

Suntour VGT and Cyclone (F&R mechs) v.good - £35.00.

Handlebars, Cinelli - £15 (early crest badge), GB Ventoux - £15 SOLD STP, GB/Allez - £12. All good.

Stems, GB Spearpoint (3.5") - £30 SOLD STP, Cinelli 1a (120mm) - £15, GB"forged"(120mm) - £10. Spearpoint needs polish, others good.

Huret wing-wheel nuts, NoS, chrome x 4 - £20.

Books - Indurain, Les Woodland(rare), Better Bikes, Rob Van der Plas, Bicycle Racing, Riding Techniques - all well known books by good authors, some American - £10 each or £45 for the six.

The above components all purchased to use on my builds.

I reckon your prices are really fair... If it wasn't for having recently bought some other bits and being in that waiting for pay-day week, I'd be more than sorely tempted!

I rarely sell anything as when I buy it is for a build, I've tried to be fair with the pricing.

It all goes to a jumble at the weekend.

The Brookes is a nicely patinated dark brown.
