Retro Specialized single speed pub bike!!

Cookielad

Devout Dirtbag
After thinking of a single speed for quite a while, a perfect example cropped up which I had to buy. Takes the Ritchey framed Rockhoppers up to 3....Think I have an addiction

So here's the new pub bike..... before and after a good clean and a few little tweaks.

Cheers,
James.

Looks good! Been scouring the 'bay for a tiny one without any luck. How is the seat comfort-wise? I ran a Tioga Spyder a couple of years ago (pivotal BMX version though so not a lot of give) and found it pretty harsh but I'm tempted to give one of those a go on my new build as they look a bit more compliant.

Cheers!!
Yeah, the saddles not to bad really. There is a little bit of give and you can feel it flex. Without padded shorts is it a little harsh, can definitely feel it but with some on its fine. Not sure how it would feel off road, sat down on a steep climb tho!
