Manitou 1 Forks.....the previous owner tells me they have recently had a new elastomer kit fitted (USA import).
1" Steerer tube is 195mm with 55m of thread.
Compression and rebound seem good....seals look fine too...but I don't know much about forks
The old crown race is still attached to the steerer shim, so you will need to sort this out.
Chap on Ebay USA selling NOS crown/steerers if you need to change..or no doubt someone here has spares etc
