Kona seat clamp and canti cable hangers?

Does anybody have a Kona seat clamp and canti cable hangers?
As i'm going to be fitting cantilevers onto my Lava Dome, i'd like to find some of the original kona parts to go on it.
Plus, i'd also like to get hold of a Kona seat clamp as my frame came with a quick release type one.

I still have an original Kona seat clamp for sale. I was about to post it on ebay.
