Wheels for your wagon......

Got a fair few wheels I need to shift - before I bother taking too many pics and down sizing them, etc, going to judge if there's the slightest bit of interest.

Postage is a pain due to size and lack of access to boxes, etc, any more. I have to use ParcelForce 48, which is at least another £13. But I accept most couldn't collect so maybe factor in another tenner on top for postage, or can meet off the A303, Somerset/Podimore services area......

Red GoldTec hubs on black Mavic F519 rims, butted DT spokes. Sound good, huh...? Not really. Hubs faded to a fetching pink. Front is smooth and usable, rear hub is in my humble opinion completely shot, as there's tons of play and appears to be something missing. Rims are both great still, front one slightly more so than rear, so you could perhaps use the rim/spokes off rear to rebuild another wheel...?

Surly single speed rear wheel for screw on cassette, standard 135mm, bolts up. Rim is silver 26" Mavic XC717, 32H, eyeletted, for rim brake only. Could very well be new by the looks of it......£30 ON HOLD


SOLD:

STX RC hubs on F.I.R. black(ish) rims, rear rim has gone a bit 'bronze' for some reason. Hubs smooth, think spokes are DT again. Will take 8/9 speed as that's what's on there. Just the wheels, no QR's/tyres/cassette, ignore them in the pics ......£30

Black Deore hub on black Mavic EX325 disc rim, silver DT spokes, 160mm rotor fitted, Kore rim tape. Again, could easily be new by the looks of it.....£25

Did have the rear hub apart at some point in my mate's bike shop, but can't remember the exact outcome. Think the issue was that the parts are all specific to GoldTec. Could probably be sourced, but only at a price. Rebuild onto nice Hope would have been my first choice, but haven't the time or inclination....
