SOLD - Kona Cinder Cone Race Light 1997

Hey guys, I recently sourced this bike and serviced it for a friend as use for a commuter. He has gone to the dark side and decided he needs a racer now :x

This bike rides lovely, very chuck able with that classic Kona feel. A single track swallower and light for the money!

It comes in good used condition, very smart still for it's age. Frame still has great paint with a few chips and marks but no dents. It is largely original and will come with a new pair of Kenda slick tyres as well at the smoke and dart currently on it.
Drivetrain components have plenty of usage left in them.

Rims: Mavic 238 front, Weinmann TM19 rear
Hubs: Kona front, Quando rear
Tyres: Panaracer Smoke Lite rear in as NEW condition, Panaracer Smoke Dart front with usable tread left plus the NEW Kenda slicks included.

Saddle: Sella Italia Flite Titanium, scuffing to nose and corners but very usable
Seatpost: Kona Race Light
Seatpost Binder: Original Kona collar type.

Come with spare new Clarksville V brake pads as well.

Can you tell me what the fork is, as it doesn't look like a P2 with the tapered legs...

It isn't I have no idea, came on A Trek I bought off of here and fitted to the Kona in place of a pair of non working Manitous. It's a really nice fork though and easy to swap for a P2, always plenty on eBay, if needs be. Sorry I haven't been able to ID it. Tim
