A circa 1994 polished aluminum frame made by American Bicycle Manufacturing out of St Cloud, MN. American collaborated with Joe Breese to make an aluminum frame for him, and built tandems for Specialized, as well as selling their own frames.
17" frame with a 1 1/8" head tube so tracking down a suitable fork will be less of a challenge than with other American frames.
The frame is in great shape with some wear consistant with it being used as a mountain bike (chainstay marks and cable rub).
