Syncros 22.2mm quill stem, the powercoat one from the 1994 CAT, decals removed (was stealth on my orange!).
It is 120mm c-c but with a rise, excellent condition, only slight marks around the front where you have to prise the clamp open to fit the bars (there is zero tolerance for painted bars!). Very light at 225g
