Spesh M2 Frame and Pulstar rear wheel + wanteds

Im looking to move on the following in order to get some money together or straight swap for some bits to finish another project...

17" Specialized Stumpy M2 frame, resprayed black, dent in the top tube (about 10p sized - non structural, proper specialized stickers on, but in an S-Works stylee, 1 1/8" headtube, 30.9 seatpost, I think its a 98 or 99 frame...

Silver rear Pulstar hub laced to an Araya rim, 32 hole, with 8 speed cassette, true, light and pretty cool...

black 26.8 x min 330 post (control tech/Ringle/Syncros etc);
25" minimum straight bars (black/silver/ti);
