Always fancied a Rancher, prefer the original full size but do quite like smaller parlour style guitars. Have you got prices for the guitars?

Prices, right I knew I neglected something.
Tanglewood 12 string £180. Soft case.
Condition very good, a few slight dings. But very good.
Washburn £80. No case.
Good, a few dings but no cracks. Will need new strings.
Grestsh £150. No case.
Excellent, like new.
