I've always enjoyed weight training and still do. I started up again as part of my losing weight trek and have been home training for the past 18 months. I Have to admit defeat though that all the equipment in a one bedroom house is just not a real option. .
So for sale:
1 x Pro Power Fold Flat padded bench...(Can go to either incline or flat)
Pair of Body Power Squat Stands. Bought brand new at christmas. Excellent condition and very stable. Adjustable so can be used with the bench for upper body work or on their own for squats and other stuff. They have catchers too. I am 5' 11" and they have plenty of adjustment for me.
6 x 10 kg plates (2 york, 4 pro power)
2 x 5 kg plates (Golds Gym)
4 x 0.5 kg plates (Golds Gym)
All the above are metal.
4 x 2.3 kg vinyl plates
4 x 1.1 kg vinyl plates
1 x Chrome 1" Barbell with metal spinlocks
1 x Chrome 1" Ez Curl Bar with Metal spin locks
2 x Dumbell Bars with sleeves and Plastic Spinlocks
1 x Body Power Padded weight lifting belt. Size Xl. I am 36 waist and it has loads of belt holes either way for smaller or larger waists.
York Barbell pad
Everything is in great condition with minor cosmetic markings from use but structually absolutely spot on.
£130 for the lot. THe space issue is the only reason for sale.
Wasnt sure if be much interest here but happy to do pics if you are interested.
