Excellent for degreasing stainless cooker hoods and kitchen appliances.

It dries to wax and is never a lubricant.

I will let you tell them ...

Even if it was a wax, a wax can still be a lubricant (pure paraffin wax is used on my bike chain ;-))

And many more are available to dispel the myth of WD40 being a lubricant

Tell them (WD40), not me ...

If it's a good or long lasting lubricant or not is another discussion.

Lots of things are lubricants, but if there good for certain applications is for the user to decide.

I wouldn't use lady juice on my chain, neither would I use WD40 on my lady ... But each serves there purpose very well :D

WD :D

I use it on my chain after washing. As a temporary measure. Otherwise I forget to lube it and then find a nice clean bike, with a stiff chain!
