7 speed wheel?

is there anywhere to get 7 speed rear wheels? i got an aerospoke off ebay which took tubular tyres but the tyre went this morningn on the way to work and i cant afford to keep replacing tubs so i need a clincher wheel but cant seem to find anything suitable. any ideas?

Assuming it's a Shimano setup, get a normal 9/10 speed wheel and fit a spacer behind the 7 speed cassette (£3 from CRC) and you are good to go.
