Hi there guys having a big garage clean out of a family member and came accross this, Its no good to me and im going to be ebaying it any idea what price i should be asking please guys. Its been in storage years and needs a good service and tlc as you can see. All looks fully original

Try the 'what's my bike worth' section. More detailed photos are necessary, because at that distance all I can see is that it's a bike. Condition and components are critical. The stem is too high, probably less than an inch in the frame and likely to fall out, maiming the rider.

And make sure the tyres are inflated. There's nothing that screams 'neglected' in a sale more than flat tyres. Against the current photo I'd pay £100 tops. The Criterium 12 had a 501 frame, not exotic, not very light, but nice enough for an everyday commuter.
 
As you are going to ebay it then perhaps ebay completed sale will give you an idea of what they actually sell for.

One claimed to have never been used sold for £300, another advertised for £135 never sold, with the majority selling between £36-£83
