hey guys,
time has come to replace pulleys on my RD, so I was wondering will these work on my 7-speed setup:

Does anyone have any experience with these or maybe have some suggestions regarding replacement pulleys?

A friend fitted some ally pulley's and he hated them! they made a noise when the chain was making contact with the ally.

He binned them and resorted back to some cheap shimano nylon wheels, quietness was blissful.

These are cheap and do the job well, even have them fitted in my Campag' SR rear mech'

excellent, I will give them a try because they are really cheap, one thing worries me though; in the description it says it has 10 teeth and I believe my current pulleys have 11. I will check this in the morning...

cannot believe I just wrote shimano 600 rd…I have not read title since I wrote it and I was sure I wrote the rest.

It is rd-6400

Hmmm! The top pulley on that 600 rear mech is a bit different to the ebay ones!

Don't know what to say now other than give the cheapo' pulleys a try, you'll have to use the allen key bolts off that mech' though.

I have disassembled pulleys several times before but have never counted number of teeth. These cheap ones are nothing like originals which have ceramic bushings.
The ones I have are still smooth but teeth have seen better days.
