Break or Sell?

As per above really, I have an Olmo 'Giro' which i'm looking to either sell as a whole or break.

I am in need of some advice on prices of the components and a guide price if I were to sell as a whole?

Not too au fait with parts of this generation (I normally ride modern-ish bikes)

Spec is:

21.5" Frame in red, Oria tubing
Shimano 600 tri colour double crank
Shimano 600 tri colour 8 speed rear mech
Shimano 600 front double braze-on mech
Shimano Ultegra brakes
Shimano Dura Ace hubs on Mavic S.U.P wheels with stainless spokes
Shimano Sora flight deck shifters
San Marco Rolls saddle
Currently it has an Ahead stem with modern compact bars - more than happy to fit 3T or Cinelli quill stem and bars if sold as a whole.

Thanks in advance.

It will always be worth more as parts than as a whole. So it depends whether you want to maximise the profit which means stripping and posting lots of parcels, or keep it easy and sell complete. You best guide to value would be to search sold items on Ebay, that should give you a average ball park.

A lot will also depend on condition but looking on Ebay a complete Giro sold for £180, while a frame only sold for £122, your wheels should be worth around £80 :)
