Help Identifying Campag Lever

Could anyone help identifying these levers?
Record C era but I've not seen them before with an adjuster for - & +.

this is the original record delta lever. Never really understood what that adjuster did and never seemed to make a difference on mine??

As far as I know the adjuster sets the lever reach - that kind of thing is quite sought-after if you have small hands.

If I am not mistaken, it is actually the third generation C-Record lever. The first one did not have the quick release feature found on this one or the +/- feature that moves the relative distance of the lever blade closer or further away from the handlebars. I believe this version came out in 1987, and likely disappeared before 1989.

makes sense. Theyre identical to the ones I bought with my CRecord delta brakes in 87. you could route the cable through the top (external) by punching a hole in the hoods or concealed through the bar tape.
