Hi All

was wondering if anyone can identify the attached photo. got it on ebay and was listed as a touring bike. stem has a rubber shock built in which ive never seen before. all of th - there was the remnants of decals that had touring in there. the running gear has been updated so no original spec. Paint job is black with a purpley mock carbon efect towards the midle of the tubes. it is a raleigh nottingham bike accoding to head badge
its a cro mo lugged frame.

sory for the crap picture but ive already stripped it back to the frame for storage.

i dont think its anything special but would be nice to know what it is

The stem is a Girvin Flex-stem or a copy thereof. As for the bike, cannot tell from that pic, sorry.

do you know if raleigh made a tourer with 'panorama' in the title. there were four letter left in the decal ANO_A. a quick flit to a crossword solver came p with panorama as a possible!

I don't know what it is, but it's got good geometry for load carrying. Not a bad low budget tourer.

The touring bikes (Royal, Randonneur etc..) had 700c wheels so it's not from the touring range - unless they are 700c wheels and that frame's not big it's humungous!

It'll be from the mountain bike range.

Good luck with the rebuild.
