Seat ‘decals’?

How are seat decals applied? Is it possible to renew them?
Got a few seats that could do with tidying up in that department.

Was pondering this myself. Possibly water-slides with a coat of Micro Gloss?

Originals would have been screen printed onto the leather before being stretched over the saddle body, this will wear with time

I have tried numerous options trying to rejuvenate old Flite saddles, without success, so I'm sorry to say these would be the same

You might get the largest logo using a mask media and paint, but outside of this you're going to find it very hard ~ biggest issue is the text size, you need to be able to cut and weed the material and then adhere it to the leather

Ideally you would print directly to the leather, but once the saddle is made up it makes it virtually impossible

Not sure if this works with leather, but Acrylic textile paint works a treat on fabric saddles and you can iron it to make it permanent..
PS having a teenager with perfect eye sight and a steady hand is helpful….
