They don't actually look to be *all* hipsters. And they appear to be mercifully free of trustafarians.

I bought a roadie saddle and some titanium toe clips from these a couple of years ago. They were quite expensive, but were open to a bit of haggling and I got a pretty good deal in the end. Seemed nice guys, to be fair.
 
Brick Lane Bikes is worth a visit... pricey though.
If you have a day to spare also have a wander to Condor and look-mum-no-hands for lunch :).

Might be worth to go and check them out in the flesh as the website is poor.
