this came in today, is steel, really bad respray mix of deore/ deore xt components inc rear xt U brake, any ideas?

guess who cant find a digi camera! Only got the Iphone pics at the moment guys? Any Ideas as to what it is? Need any info from me??? and then am i keeping it giving it a respray or selling it?????

not sure on this but looks pretty interesting, if you can get serial number, seatpost size (if not seized ) may give a clue and if the respray is that bad give it a scrape to see if there is any original colour underneath, you may see some original paint around the droputs where the wheels have been in and out. or if you have big plans you may see original paint on the fork steerer or internal of BB shell when removed.

It must have been a quality bike to have XT back then, it could even be prestige tubes.
