What are these?

Picked these up as a random cheap punt on the Bay.

Thought they were CQP MTB cranks but now I've got them I'm not sure sure - don't seem to have anything to mount an inner ring on - anyone got any ideas? Or am i missing something obvious here?

whats the outer and inner BCD? are the inner holer threaded?
if its 110/74mm BCD you'll need spacers to put on the granny ring.

That's what I think too. Something like the M730 XT chainsets have.
