GLWTS but I think you might be a bit optimistic with an asking price of £450 for a bottom of the range Cresta without the Brooks saddle.
To be honest, I think you'll be luck to get £50. Sorry, no offence meant.
Basically if it was in absolutely mint original condition, you might get £100 (yes I know some twat has one on eBay for £999, but it's been there for well over a year and will never sell)
I had an absolutely mint Majestic, (a few steps up in the range from the Cresta) complete restoration including perfect baked enamel re-spray absolutely stunning, best example on the market and it didn't sell. I ended up stripping it down and selling the frame set for £100
