Viner frame identification help

I have what I'd say is a late 70s Viner, but was wondering if anyone had any more information on this frame than the internet has already provided, a few things about this one mean it doesn't quite match anything I've found.

Of note are the star shaped cut outs on the lugs, but a lack of the larger cut out seen on the bottom brackets of some other examples. The decal on the non-drive chainstay reads 'Special Corsa', but this one has Campag track style horizontal drops as well as a derailleur hanger unlike the others I've found photos of, which have more traditional road drops.

That looks a bit odd, seems to be a Viner road frame with swapped over track rear dropouts and the oval road forks swapped for round track forks.......

Re:

I agree it seems it might have been 'adapted' for track, and the fork appears to have a 365mm axle to crown, but it's odd that they chose to keep (or later re-add) a derailleur hanger on there, and all the bosses for shifters and cables. I guess as it is it's pretty versatile.

Chain stay on the drive side has a dent in it for a double chainring?

The frame looks like a road frame at birth....
