Unknown CNC cantilever brakes

I picked these up today at the local Co-Op for $2 USD. I looked around here, and on BikePro.com, and I couldn't find anything that matches. The brake pad post clamp is very unique, whereas the spring tension adjuster looks like most of the ones in this form factor. Does anyone have a name or manufacturer?
