Looks like my bars are finally on the move after sitting for two weeks waiting to get on the plane!!

Finally a break in the weather, nice to get it outside and see what it looks like in the daylight!

I have to say I think it works really well, and the frame colour looks even better in natural light… well pleased!

Other than the new bars it’s finished… for now anyway!

Cool build, I love the colour of the frame.

Be interested to hear how it rides?

Also how does the weight stacks up against a more 'standard' mtb? (clearly quite a "beefy" build, but using some very nice parts!)

New bars have progressed to Qatar and finally to the UK as of the 20th, let’s see how long it takes for them to arrive in Sunny Stornoway!

I know I said no more purple, but after cogitating, decided maybe just a splash of something at the front end would balance it out.

Very subtle, but I think it works, ended up with violet motorcycle fairing bolts and they do the job perfectly!

Although according to the Stooge website he’s calling the colour ‘Swamp’
