Specialized Trip Computer Fitting?

Can anyone offer any advice on how to fit this correctly please?

I’ve got the manual for one of these in the box of little bits I can’t throw away! You are welcome to it for the price of a stamp. I’ve posted photos of the set up below. I guess the circumference values are the most useful page, the rest will be like any other wired computer.

Replied to PM - hope you realise every time one of my bits of junk I can’t throw away becomes useful that it’s an enabler/justification to future hoarding!!
