18.5" C-C, 20" C-T. Generally very good condition - perfectly aligned & no cracks or dents. Some very minor marks from use as pictured. Only one issue - inside the driveside dropout, someone has filed a part of the weld with the seatstay (as shown) for reasons unknown (possibly to create clearance for a badly spaced rear hub?) As such, I would only use it for road duty or take it offroad at your own risk! No evidence of this causing any problem though.
Ultimate Hardware headset, Specialized (Nitto) seatpost included as is an octalink BB with a tiny bit of play (for some reason the M950 tool will only fit the non-drive cup - as you can see from the pics that came out no problem - and I'm not going to buy a special tool to remove the other one!)
