Shipping from Holland to Britain - any Dutch RBers can help with courier choice?

My brother wants ti send a bicycle from Holland to Britain and wants to know which courier he should use - anyone know of a reliable cost effective one?

It is long ago since I shipped an item the size of a bike. At some point post.nl stopped shipping frames/bikes abroad. It think I switched to https://parcel.nl than. I do not know whether they are still available and if there are alternatives.
