Seat Post Clamp

Excuse the termanology, not sure how best describe what I want.

Looking for a Seatpost clamp/bolt - Alloy,black,silver colour if possible, the type that fits through the lugs on the frame itself. Can either be a quick release or for a fixed height.

what length thread needed?

Not able to measure at the moment. The seatpost tube dia is 28.6mm and the seat post is 27.0mm. Would guess something around 1.5 to 2" long.
