Just got a black scott endorphine frame now i want to take all stickers off i assume its clear coat all over is the only option to sand it all off then peel stickers obviously then i have to repaint any ideas cheers
 
So, if you are going to repaint the frame anyway, then just sand/strip the lot. If you want to preserve the paintwork but replace the stickers, then one option is to just sand off the clear coat, carefully remove the stickers, replace and the re-clear coat..

I've done it a few times, including on this old GT. I describe the process in a bit of detail on page 5 of this thread.
 
Cheers mate i take a look cant be easy just to take clear coat off thought is it ye i repainting it this new black paint thats just came out it it blackest black invented theres a pic of a bmw done in it on you tube looks mental
 
Cheers mate just read thread good info did you do anything to the paint once you took clearcoat off light sand t cut it or some kind of polish to rejuvenate paint or just straight clear coat also can you do anything to rejuvinate paint without taking clear coat off like they do on cars just straight polish and buff cheers
