Hi, I have decided to clear out the garage, where one of the items is a Saracen Eiger which I bought new for my wife about 23 years ago. I guess it has been used 10 times or fewer!
Pretty standard other than i) changed the bars for slight riser bars and added bar ends ii) it has no saddle... I changed the standard saddle for a women's Selle Italia, which I have now put on her racing bike. I guess I can find a bog-standard saddle to put on.
Bike is metallic black steel Tange tubing with purple decals. Excellent paintwork with slight surface rust on BB/rear stay intersection. Guessing it has Shimano Alivio gears, with grip shifts. V brakes. Shimano cranks, hubs etc. Alloy seat post.
I'll measure it tomorrow but it suits someone 5ft3 to 5ft 6 at a guess.
Any thoughts on what I should advertise it for please?
