I had an Emmelle Silver Challenge in about 1990 which looked similar and had similar parts. Definitely at the cheap and cheerful end of the spectrum even then and I think very much sold for those who wanted to get into the MTB craze without spending too much. Fun, but terrifying in the hills of North Wales - especially in the wet.

Ok....its a POS! i get it....its was the rusty braised bullmoose bars that suckered me in.....and the brake levers
