Ritchey frame SOLD

Re: Rare Ritchey frame

Question is... (And I love Ritcheys, always wanted one)...

Could it fit me or am I an ugly sister trying to force my foot into a glass slipper.....?!

Re: Rare Ritchey frame

Oh my giddy aunt. It's lurvlee. This is the kind of thing that I try to save for. I have a plan whereby Ill pool some cash and try to be patient and wait for something special to come up. The only flaw is that I cant stop spending so I never build up any reserve. Now it's happened. Here is a beaut for sale and I aint got the wonga. I'm disgusted at my lack of patience and self control.

Re: Rare Ritchey frame

It's not the same frame, the details are wrong

Plexus had fast back stays and no cs bridge as part of TR's design

It is a good looking bike though

But that could be missing the point... how many MTB frames do you know made of Ritchey Logic, Dedacciai 18MCDV6 HT (Nod in the direction of SR...)

I think they were circa 250 grams lighter than the Plexus... bet this is springier than a Springer Spaniel on a trampoline on the first day of Spring listening to Bruce Springsteen...

Re: Rare Ritchey frame

It may be lighter than an angel fart, and springier than Anna nicole smith on a pogo stick

But it's not a ritchey plexus

Re: Rare Ritchey frame

But it's not a ritchey plexus

Who's claiming it is!

There are from the same family though. As WR states in the ad the only way Ritchey could get the frame built in this tubing was a licensing deal with an Italian Frame builder (presumably due to some ancient Italian frame building cartel...)

For what's it's worth I originally thought it was a Zaskar...
