Ritchey Force quill stem. For 1" steerer tube forks, reach is 150mm, rise around 5 degree. Nice part is it also has the brazed-on cable hanger which works out nicely when one doesn't have a whole lot of steerer tube to work with and is running cantilever brakes. I'd rate the condition an 8.5 out of 10. The quill portion has some light marks on it which, if inserted far enough, would be concealed. Stem is located in the US but I'm happy to ship abroad.
