Reyt-pack September 2022 (Downhill vintage rigid race Yorkshire style)

This thread takes me back to when a lot of the East Yorkshire (and Lincs) aka Humber locals met up with the rest of Yorkshire lot up on Cartlon Bank for a Repack anniversary ride.

Here's the aftermath and one of the ride ride.

One Dr S who organised it (with Uncle Vern iirc)

Reason for that ride was 35th Anniversary https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/35th-anniversary-of-the-sport.165829/

And we had a go at an old NEMBA Charlton Bank DH course.
OK a few of us did, it was a bit overgrown.

But the full ride itself was great.

Anyway back on to Dalby.
If nobody really cares that I'll turn up on a modern affair, like an early 90s MTB with suspension and brakes and SPDs then I'll be there hopefully. Not got a clunker or old thing, don't intend to.

Just seen plenty of spare parts for you today at a Museum in Wales.
