Restomod 1997 proflex 857

Liking the colour...do you have a code for it as been looking for a non-yeti turqouise for a project. Very nicely done. Only other thing...have you stuck to the critical measurement for the crosslinks as the top arm looks a little high?

i actually got my much newer 2018 carbon transition smuggler frame painted in this colour (after 35 hours of hand sanding the old paint off very carefully) so took the opportunity to get this frame done at the same time to save money. i deliberately wanted a yeti similar colour but a little different. Its a tad darker but i really like it. Its hard to photograph as it looks a bit darker in photos than it actually is. The ral colour is 5021 and its called water blue.
i checked the dimensions for the forks and they are correct but i agree they look high. These are the newer noleen elt versions though so not the ones this bike would have had originally. My head tube is also quite short on this frame as its only a medium size and comparing with the bolt position for the top of the rear shock mounting point the 1997 brochure bike must be a large and it has a much higher headtube above the top tube than mine. but i will double check this now just in case :).

Thanks for the colour code. Yeah I am a bit of a Girvin/Noleen freak so the Noleen brochure is invaluable...you've probably already seen this but here's my Fatbike 20240805_191722.webp
