Recommend some cable hanger/yoke/guide

I’m wanting a cable hanger for cantis and no idea what’s out there in terms of quality make and models etc

I know of Onza Chill Pills and some generic ones but that’s it

Need some bling! Not OTT but noticeably

As you mentioned, onZa Chill Pills are not too flashy.....also Avid Tri-dangle, Paul Moon Units, Ringle Mojo, Grafton Stop or Fat Finger, Campy do some sweet ones but are a little more restrained.
