Drunk ebay purchase. Should have returned as initially seller failed to send the forks . Life got in the way and it sat.
Its one of these ones which floated around for a while in green or aubergine. Looked like some sort of bulk old stock which had been bulk painted.

This is a green one in 21" (CtT) its brand new never built. I did source the hanger which the ebay ones didn't have.
The paint appears fine on the frame but isn't great one the fork with rough spots of lacquer.
