british compressed air society award there? lol. this looks like a respray of an early 90s frame with some random decals - the strange temporary mounting of front carrier has no feasible attachment points on the fork since there are no braze-ons ( nor would there be on that age of MTB fork) plus the red gear cable outer is going nowhere. the campagnolo decal is at best wishful thinking, as , perhaps is the 531 sticker - I would proceed with caution
