This is my 2nd Raleigh Magnum, a Raleigh original..
my first was got from Grafton cycles in Wolverton, i was 18 and it cost £150 I think in 1989..I gave it to a mate who needed a bike.
Many moons later and I found this one on eBay for £60 ...I grabbed her and picked up from Reading
It’s in original Condition with only mods being some lights and rear bags.
Original rear Tyre had to be replaced due to perishing and deteriorated rim.
It’s a pleasure to ride, as the model was 30 odd years ago..
It requires a new front Sachs dureiller, but I’m happy in first 5 gears, my days of sustained cruising are long gone..
