Wanted Quill stem bolt

Hi folks,

I very stupidly threw away the top cap from a stem I though I was going to also throw out. Plans changed and now I'm stuck with a stem that's missing a top cap. It's for a budget parts bin special so spending even £10 on something new seems stupid on a bike worth about £30 total!
Also, before you ask, I can't just switch out the stem as the quill is firmly rusted inside the steerer!

Anyway, if you happen to have a cap that might fit please let me know, I'm happy to pay of course...
Looks to be 21.4mm internal diameter.

A std blanking grommet should suffice.

When I used ride with a Control Tech quill stem, which lost its plug…I replaced it with a cork! cannot recall now which kind of beverage!!!
