Pista frame(set)

I'm currently using a kona paddy wagon as my commuter but the bottom bracket is too close to the road so I can't take sharp corners.
I'm looking for a pista/track specific frame(set) in size 54-56.
Price wise I'm looking to spend max 200 euro or a swap.
Steel or aluminum, vintage or modern, Im just curious if there's anything out there.
