I'm not in any way saying what this person did was OK, but I have had dealings with one of these companies having had to deal with them on behalf of a man who had learning difficulties and ran up a huge bill. They were bloody animals, phoning him up and harassing him with threatening calls. True, he did phone them; but speaking to him I can't believe they thought he understood the consequences. He just said he phoned them "to talk to nice ladies".

And now we have been given all of this extra "choice" from the arrival of digital TV, we appear to have a few stations that they operate every night.

I'd like to see all of these premium rate businesses banned, or at the very least given very, very strict rules that they had to operate within.
