Hello
Inspired by John's recent exploits looking for a bike, I thought I'd put a toe in the water to see if I could replace Lazarus, my first good bike and still my favourite.
He's noodled. Head tube is like a wizard's sleeve, dozens of structurally damaging dinks in the top tube, and quite badly out of alignment. He can't go in a straight line anymore.
This was quite a popular middle of the range bike, Reynolds 501 or Peugeot HLE depending on what year you bought it. Surely someone still has one?
Here's a picture of him in happier times carrying a bit of wood from B&Q.
