@brocklanders023 has seen it before on a 89/90 so mystery solved.. I have an 89 Clockwork with it on BB so I guess it could depend which plant made them.

Just found this old chap feeling sorry for himself in Halifax. Cash was exchanged and I've brought him back home to chill out with his Orange chums. On first inspection he seems to be a tired 89/90 with a mix and match of mince parts. Looking a little closer though and there's a few stickers...
