Orange Aluminium Elite.... Advice On Lacquer Removal....

Hi, just a quick one, what would be the best procedure for stripping the frame down to it's bare metal finish as the lacquer is shot and sadly doubt I'll be able to preserve the original decals as there gone in places too.... Would a decent paint stripper be the best way to tackle it and then a good polish up with fresh decals? Thanks in advance

Thanks, much appreciated, I'll give this a go on a small area first just to make sure nothing happens to the aluminium.

Yes, they took the Methylene Chloride (dichloromethane) out of it....
