Over the years I've had a few sets of these brakes, this is the last of my stash. Various bits, arms, bolts, bushings, uncracked lobes, straddle cables and solderless nipples and other bits as well as original instructions.
The lobes are from opposite sides i.e. pivots are from the same side, pad holders the opposite.
