Need help identifying frame - Bianchi?

Retro Newbie
I've recently acquired what might be an old Bianchi road bike frame.

The previous owner bought the frame after it had been resprayed and so everything looks very pristine with new decals. The chrome front fork doesn't appear original to me and the decals are perhaps positioned in the wrong place? I am wondering about the authenticity and which model the frame is. I had a bit of a look online and it looks like it might be one of the Campione d'italia models from the 80s?

I am no expert and that is why I am posting on here. I'm guessing it could also be another frame in disguise. Any Bianchi collectors / experts out there? Thank you in advance, any help would be appreciated!

Frame number, located on bottom bracket: TC21000438
There is another identifier on BB: 1919

I am no Bianchi expert, but those big top-eyes on the seatstays, plus the "round" finishing in the joint of the rear dropouts leaves me suspicious (most italian frames are finished "square" in that area)

Looks a bit shifty to me too.
Mudguard eyes and cheapo BB shell rang the bell for me.

Well... I hate to be the bringer of bad news but...

I'm afraid that up close, it looks nothing like my 1989 Campione D'Italia, and as with the other two opinions, I suspect its not a Bianchi.

The concave seat stay eyes (the bits at the very top) aren't right at all. I also have to agree about the chainstay ends.

I'd be tempted to take the stickers off and just use it as an unmarked runabout.

The forks are definitely a more recent addition and the main tube stickers are for a Bianchi Pista (which this ain't). The headtube badge is a pretty nasty copy.

Unfortunately, you've likely got a lot of frame prep to do before you can use it at all... the bottom bracket needs taped and faced and the rear mech hanger and all the other threaded points need tapped to get rid of what I'm assuming is powder coat.

Once you've got that sorted, hopefully you'll find whatever it actually is to be a great bike to ride!
