Mystery steel touring frame ID

Picked this up off a local classified as a bit of a project. It's got quite a mix of parts on it, and the frame has been resprayed at some point.

Does anyone have any idea what the frame is? The hubs are, headset, shifters and front mech are Campagnolo - can anyone shed some light on what series/era they're from?

That bb shell has had a repair done to the seat tube.

Yeah, I presumed that’s why it was repainted!

Frame looks eactly like a British Eagle Touristique I have in the shed, 531st throughout. Headset and shifters Record, hubs look like Tipo all from the late 70's / Early 80's. Can't see the front mech too well but that looks more like mid to late 80's maybe Victory or on of the early off road groups.
